We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Acute Medical Unit in the Main Oncology Department. Department: Main Oncology

Shifts: Days/Nights Open

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay Range: $32-47/hour (Depending on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $45,000 (Dependent on Shift and Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring individualized attention and care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to established protocols and standards of practice.
• Every third-weekend commitment required.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• RN degree from an Accredited School OR a minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
• Acute care experience is preferred.
• Orthopedic background is preferred.
